How Hey Structure Limited collects, uses, stores and protects personal data.

Hey Structure Limited is the data controller under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. Personal data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, project address or postcode, company name, project description, project scope and any drawings, documents or photographs you choose to provide.
3. How data is collected
Data may be provided through the native quote form or by direct email. Form submissions are transmitted and stored through Framer’s form services so Hey Structure can review and respond to the enquiry.
4. Purposes and legal basis
We process information to respond to enquiries and prepare proposals on the basis of legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before a contract. Marketing communications are sent only where consent has been provided. Aggregate service information may be reviewed to improve the business.
5. Retention
Website enquiry information may be retained for up to two years from submission. Where a formal instruction is placed, relevant project records may be retained for the project duration and for six years afterwards, subject to professional and legal obligations.
6. Sharing and processors
Hey Structure does not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared only where necessary with service providers such as email, hosting and professional advisers, or where required by law. Processors must handle information only for the agreed purpose.

Essential cookies may be used for website operation. Analytics should be enabled only where the required consent and configuration are in place. Hey Structure does not intend to use advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. The website is served over HTTPS and access to business records is limited to authorised people. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Quote and enquiry forms
When you submit the quote form, Hey Structure processes the contact details, postcode, client type, project information, timing and site-visit preferences you provide. This information is used to review the brief, respond to the enquiry, prepare a proposal and keep appropriate business records. Form information is transmitted and stored through Framer’s form services and may be included in email notifications to Hey Structure. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately and is not required to request a proposal. Enquiry data is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, professional records and applicable legal obligations.
